1950's COTTAGE NO MORE!

1950's COTTAGE NO MORE!

We bought a cottage stuck in the 1950's and in renovating it, we found many uses for WD40. We decided to start with remodelling the bathroom. First job was to to take the old wood panelling down and underneath it we found glue residue! WD40 helped immensely to eradicate this gummy yuck! We also found that the plumbing was rusty, but still worked fine, so again WD40 came to the rescue to clean these parts. When it came time to painting the new drywall that we put up, our older paint brushes which had been sitting too long, had stiff bristles. A little WD40 dispersed on them and they became soft again and ready to use. Did i tell you we are messy painters too!? So WD40 was helpful in removing not only the dry paint drippings off the floor and even got our hands clean too. With each room remodel, we have found many uses for WD40 throughout the house. It has been a useful multi purpose lubricant spray which has helped with many jobs, and it has made our lives easier on so many projects!
