for me my motto is always repair, especially when repairing excellent craftmanship from the past. Some things can't be replaced, they carry a memory, a heirloom or just plain upcycling. This was at a dumpsite, in awful condition, now look at it now, a piece of old elegance recorded. WD_40 is not just only for cars and trucks and big machines.
