Magic repair 👨‍🔧

I am nominating my Dad, Hugh Cameron, for this contest, as he always repairs & reuses items and saves material, always having something on hand for the next project. He has so many helpful tips and handy ways of fixing thing that we tease him that he should have his own YouTube channel called “HughTube” with helpful hints. As you can see in this photo, my Mom’s Magic Bullet blender stopped working, but instead of throwing it away, my Dad took an ON/ OFF switch from another device and fixed the blender by adding this ON/ OFF button, and it has lasted for many years. When my Dyson vacuum stopped working, he took it apart and it works better than ever (who improves a Dyson??)! His garage is full of “stuff” he has saved and labelled and reused over and over, so I feel he’s the perfect example for this “Repair It, Don’t Replace It” contest. Thank you.
